Get push status
Look up a push notification by the message_id a send returned. Requires push:read (never grantable on a public key).
Be honest with yourself about what this can tell you: FCM exposes no delivery-status API, so for any record the workspace owns this endpoint answers a synthetic status: sent with a fresh timestamp. It can never tell you more than the send response already did — do not poll it expecting delivered or opened.
